Who are we actually buying from?
The factory itself — Zhongshan Sanfeng Metal Forging Co., Ltd. You quote, contract and communicate directly with us.
Have you shipped to this part of the world before?
Yes — direct to United States customers since 2011, and to Mexico since 2023.
What commercial terms do you work on?
FOB by default; CIF, DDP or delivery to your nominated freight forwarder are all workable.
What happens when something is wrong?
Lot records tie a shipped part back to its billet, die and shift, so containment starts from a known population.
We are fourteen hours apart. How does that work?
A question you send before you leave for the day is usually answered before you are back at your desk.

What ships with the parts.
Most trouble on a first shipment out of China is a paperwork problem, not a parts problem. Requirements are confirmed per project and per shipment.

- Certificate of origin
- Mill certificates and heat numbers per lot
- HS code confirmed with you before shipment
- Dimensional report against your drawing datums
- Lot traceability records, retained and available on request

A/C compressor swash plate
Near-net forged blank for the swash plate of an automotive A/C compressor, machined to final geometry after forging.
Automotive aluminium door hinge
Forged hinge body for aluminium-intensive vehicle closures.
Engine aluminium mounting bracket
Forged bracket carrying powertrain loads, where fatigue behaviour rather than static strength sets the design.
Ultrasonic sensor housing
Thin-walled cold-forged housing for automotive ultrasonic sensors.
