What Mexican buyers ask us first
The questions that come first, answered properly.
Who are we actually buying from?
The factory. Sanfeng holds its own export licence, so the quotation, the contract, the invoice and the parts all come from one company. There is no trading house in between taking a margin and relaying your questions second-hand — when a dimension needs discussing, you are talking to the people who run the press.
Have you shipped to this part of the world before?
Customers in the United States and Mexico are a standing part of our order book, and the export documentation that goes with them is routine here rather than an experiment. That matters more than it sounds: most trouble on a first shipment out of China is a paperwork problem, not a parts problem.
What commercial terms do you work on?
Incoterms, documentation and packaging requirements are confirmed per project and per shipment. Tell us what your import process needs and we will tell you what we can support. These get settled properly once we understand the programme and the volume — a web page is the wrong place to pin them down.
What happens when something is wrong?
Lot records tie a shipped part back to its billet, its die and the shift that ran it, so containment starts from a known population rather than the whole shipment. That traceability is a requirement of the IATF 16949 system we run, not a favour.
We are fourteen hours apart. How does that work?
We are in Guangdong (UTC+8). An enquiry sent at the end of your working day is normally answered before the start of your next one, and live calls can be arranged by appointment.

We will respond within two business days after you contact us. If forging is not the right route for the part, we will say so — that answer is worth more to you than a quotation we cannot stand behind.
