Mounting brackets see vibration for the life of the vehicle, so the design boundary is fatigue behaviour rather than static strength — and fatigue is exactly where a forged grain structure pulls ahead of a cast one.
We forge to a machining-stock envelope so the customer keeps datum control on the finished part.
