Sanfeng has forged aluminium in the Pearl River Delta since 2006. Nearly two decades in, most of our work comes through referrals from customers we already supply.

Why the location matters
Machining, heat treatment, anodising, plating and assembly all exist inside this cluster, built up over decades. For an overseas buyer that density is the real advantage: a drawing becomes a finished component without you assembling a supply chain to make it happen, and without you arbitrating between five suppliers when something needs fixing.

- Recognised as a National High-Tech Enterprise, and home to a Zhongshan Municipal Engineering Technology Research Center.
- The engineering team includes a PhD-level advisory professor with 40 years in the field, senior engineers who graduated from top-tier Chinese universities, and several more engineers and tooling specialists with 20+ years in the trade.
- A joint research programme with a university materials department holds 9 patents covering high-silicon aluminium alloy melting, crystallisation and forging.
- Development work on the A/C compressor swash plate material passed municipal technical assessment, rated at what translates to a domestically leading standard.
