The swash plate converts rotary motion into the reciprocating stroke of the compressor pistons, so the working face carries continuous contact loading.
We forge the blank close to net shape, which keeps machining stock down and, where the alloy and process parameters suit the geometry, can align the grain more closely to the working face contour. Finish machining and surface treatment follow through our partner network.
